Start with Foundations ($197) if you want a structured introduction to the Trauma To Power methodology without a large financial commitment. It is a strong fit for individuals working through a transition who want practical tools they can apply immediately.
Choose Core Transformation ($1,500) if you are ready for sustained, accountable work over 12 weeks. This is the program that produces the visible changes clients refer their friends and colleagues for.

Common Questions About the Programs

Can I move from one program to another?

Yes. Many clients begin with Foundations and continue into Core Transformation once they have a clearer sense of what deeper work they want to focus on. The investment in Foundations can often be credited toward Core Transformation when the move is made within a reasonable window. Bring it up on the discovery call and we will work out the right path.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Most sessions are virtual, which makes the work accessible to clients across Opelousas, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and the rest of South Louisiana. In-person sessions in the Acadiana area can be arranged for specific programs by appointment.

How long does each session run?

Standard sessions run about 60 minutes. VIP sessions are longer and structured around the engagement's roadmap. Discovery calls run 30 to 45 minutes.

What is the typical client engagement length?

The Foundations Mini Course is 3 weeks. Core Transformation is 12 weeks. VIP engagements are scoped during the application process and tend to run from six months to a year. Some clients renew or move into ongoing maintenance work after the core engagement ends.

Is the VIP Experience worth the investment?

It depends entirely on who you are and what is at stake. For an executive, founder, or high performer whose decisions move significant numbers and whose time is the constraint, the level of access and customization typically returns more than the investment within the first 90 days. For someone earlier in their journey, Foundations or Core Transformation is usually the better fit and the better return.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. The specific policy for your program is reviewed during onboarding, and the goal is always to keep the engagement moving rather than to penalize life happening.
